Nationwide placemaker Muse, in partnership with Solihull Council, has submitted a hybrid planning application to deliver the transformation of Mell Square.
Our vision is to bring greater vibrancy through delivering a mixed-use neighbourhood for people to live, work, shop and socialise. You can view more details about our plans on this website.
We invited feedback from the public during our Community Conversation from 4th November to 2nd December. The period for submitting feedback has now closed and we are analysing your feedback before finalising a planning application.

How can I find out more?
In November 2024 we held a community conversation to gather your feedback on our plans for the regeneration of Mell Square. Thank you to everyone who attended our events in Mell Square on Wednesday 13th and Saturday 16th November.
If you were unable to physically join us, we held a live webinar on Wednesday 6th November. Members of the project team presented the proposals and answered questions from the public. You can view a recording of the webinar here.
